Malawi Yatsopano Pulogalamu ya FitMalawi Yoti Ichepetse Kunenepa Kwambiri ndi Matenda Osapatsirana pa 30 Pasentimenti pa Zaka Zisanu

Boma la Malawi, limodzi ndi Bungwe la Zaumoyo Lapadziko Lonse (WHO), lidayambitsa pulogalamu ya FitMalawi pa 23 February 2026 ku Lilongwe, kuti lithetsedwe kunenepa kwambiri komanso matenda osapatsirana monga shuga ndi manjovu ya mtima. Mlongozi wa za Umoyo, a Khwima Mchenga, adalengeza izi pamsonkhano wa aphungu ku Capital Hotel, akunena kuti pulogalamu iyi idzakhudza anthu 20 miliyoni m’ma distilikiti onse. Izichi zikufunika chifukwa kafukufuku wa WHO wa 2025 waoneka kuti 15.2% ya anthu akuluakulu ku Malawi ali ndi kunenepa kwambiri, kuchuluka kwa 20% kuyambira 2020, zomwe zikuyambitsa matenda akuluakulu omwe akupha anthu 45,000 pachaka.

Pulogalamu ya FitMalawi ikuphatikiza njira zosiyanasiyana monga kuumitsa ma gym a mahalala m’ma distilikiti 28, mapulogalamu a kulimbitsa thupi m’masikulu, ndi kampeni ya chakudya chabwino pa mavili yense.
